    No. Start with one process and combine solutions as needed. If your workflow does not fit these examples, we can assess it separately.

    Will we need to replace our existing tools?

    Not always. We first review what you use today. Which connections are possible and what they require are established when we define the scope.

    Does the system do everything on its own?

    Clear tasks you authorise can proceed automatically. We agree in advance which sensitive, uncertain or unauthorised situations must return to a responsible person for review.

    Is every connection shown in a demo included in a project?

    No. Each demonstration explains its scope. Real tool connections, information, permissions and deliverables are defined separately around your project.
